4. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and software provided by Dealers Hub remain the intellectual property of Dealers Hub unless explicitly agreed otherwise. You are not permitted to reuse or resell any part of our services without our written consent.

5. Payment & Billing

Pricing is determined based on your selected package or agreement. All payments are due in accordance with the billing cycle and must be made in GBP. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.

6. Social Media Posting

By using our social media management service, you authorize Dealers Hub to post on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring that content shared via our service complies with the relevant platform guidelines and UK advertising standards.

7. Dealer Management System (DMS)

Access to the DMS is granted based on your subscription. You must not share login credentials or misuse the platform in any way that compromises its functionality or security.

8. Limitation of Liability

Dealers Hub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. While we strive for accuracy and uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free content.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services at any time for breach of these Terms or misuse of our systems. You may cancel services with written notice, subject to the terms of your agreement.
