Welcome to Dealers Hub. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and products including custom themes, social media management, and our Dealer Management System (DMS). By using our services, you agree to these Terms in full.

These services are provided as per the agreed plan or subscription level.
All content, designs, and software provided by Dealers Hub remain the intellectual property of Dealers Hub unless explicitly agreed otherwise. You are not permitted to reuse or resell any part of our services without our written consent.
Pricing is determined based on your selected package or agreement. All payments are due in accordance with the billing cycle and must be made in GBP. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.
Our Dealer Management System (DMS) allows you to connect third-party platforms including Google Business Profile, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and TikTok to enable features such as account management, analytics, reporting, and social media publishing.
By connecting your accounts, you authorize Dealers Hub to access and use the permissions you explicitly grant through each platform's authorization process solely for providing the requested services.
You are responsible for ensuring that any content published through our platform complies with the terms, community guidelines, advertising policies, and applicable laws of each connected third-party platform.
You may disconnect any connected third-party account at any time by revoking our application's access through the respective platform or by removing the integration from your Dealers Hub account.
Access to the DMS is granted based on your subscription. You must not share login credentials or misuse the platform in any way that compromises its functionality or security.
Certain features of the DMS require integration with third-party platforms. The availability of these features depends on maintaining valid authorizations with the respective service providers.
Dealers Hub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. While we strive for accuracy and uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free content.
We reserve the right to terminate services at any time for breach of these Terms or misuse of our systems. You may cancel services with written notice, subject to the terms of your agreement.
Dealers Hub may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of any changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
